Force Index强力指标
iForce是震荡指标，判断市场涨跌。
【用法】
1、Force度数小于0，且价格下跌，市场处于跌势;
2、Force度数大于0，且价格上涨，市场处于涨势;
3、Force指标需要不平均移动趋势指标联合使用。
【语法】double iForce( string symbol, int timeframe, int period, int ma_method, int applied_price, int shift)
1、symbol 指定货币对，NULL为默认当前货币对
2、timeframe 时间周期，0为当前时间周期
3、ma_period 主线平均周期。默认选13
4、ma_method MA方法，通常选指数平滑MODE_EMA
5、applied_price 应用价格。默认选收盘价PRICE_CLOSE
6、shift 指定柱值，0为当前柱，1为前一个柱，以此类推
